Terms of Sale

Preamble

These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all sales made through the website loky.saxho.net. They define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the sale of Loky products.

Note: Complete terms and conditions will be published before Loky goes on sale. The website is currently in the pre-launch phase.

Purpose

These terms govern the sale of Loky products through the website loky.saxho.net. Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these conditions.

Products

The products offered for sale are described as accurately as possible. Photographs and illustrations are not contractually binding. The publisher reserves the right to modify the composition of its products to provide customers with technical improvements.

Prices

Prices are shown in euros, inclusive of all taxes. The publisher reserves the right to modify its prices at any time; products are invoiced at the rates in effect at the time of order.

Delivery

Delivery terms will be specified at the time of commercial launch. Delivery times are provided as an indication only.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the consumer has 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise the right of withdrawal without having to provide reasons or pay penalties.

Warranties

Products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and the legal guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).
